Regulatory Reporting as a Service

Business requirements

Plus500CY Ltd is a company registered at Cyprus and reporting there to the regulatory entity. After the Czech branch was founded they needed to solve the regulatory reporting to the Czech National Bank as this was the regulatory requirement of the Czech law. They were looking for a quick solution and they requested the outsourcing of this service.

Delivered solution

For financial market clients, we have developed a comprehensive solution for processing the reporting obligation sent to the CNB – REGINA (www.regulatornireporting.cz).

We’ve proposedto Plus500 to use this solution for their regulatory reporting of CFDs and Shares. Furthermore we’ve proposed to provide this solution as a service. For such a solution the customer is not requested for the infrastructure nor administrators of the solution and backups. Big advantage is that nor the specialists for regulatory reporting have to be acquired. Whole the solution of regulatory reporting is provided as a complex service for a fixed monthly fee.

Added value

The solution is delivered as a service – the customer has no worries, regulatory reporting is covered by the supplier as end-to-end daily routine.

The customer doesn’t need to onboard the internal specialists.

The customer can monitor the service anytime.

The supplier monitors the errors in source data and just in this case the customer is contacted for validation.

The service contains the monitoring of changes in the methodology of regolatory reporting issued by the Czech National Bank.
