Zentiva is a major pharmaceutical company with more than 2,500 employees across Europe and production facilities in Prague and Bucharest. The goal of Zentiva is to become a leading provider in the area of generic and over-the-counter medications.

Challenges that lie ahead of us

After departing the Sanofi group, Zentiva management identified a distinct call for a unified group solution to planning, budgeting, and forecasting. During the selection process, the Jedox platform was selected. The implementation partner for the solution was to be Neit Consulting with the quality assurance provided by the Jedox consulting team.

The solution we have come up with

Introductory analytical workshops were followed by an agile implementation project. The overall scope of the project ZECOS (Zentiva Controlling System) was divided into three implementation phases to provide the end-user with fast and gradual delivery of features – Net Sales, Gross to Net, Price/Volume effect, SCOTT, P&L (Axtual), FTE, Budget/Forecast, Workflow, and additional related reports. After delivering the initial integral parts of the project, in parallel to the continuous implementation of further features, we have also begun providing the operation supporting services under strict SLA parameters, since Jedox solutions are regarded as prime application software for business performance management.

End-user is focused on the analysis of information instead of report building. Uniform set of reports containing comparable data across all countries.
